Upper Body Pyramid

Equipment: Dumbbells

Format: Pyramid style - move through the circuit stating with :20, then :30, then :40, and then back down to :30 and :20. Use the :20sec rounds to go heavier if you can and the :40 are more cardio focused.

  • Triceps kickback

  • Burpee (no push up)

  • Russian twists

C2

  • Kneeling arnold press

  • Bent over row

  • 4 Cross body Mountain climbers to 4 shoulder taps

  • In and out crunch

C3

  • Push ups

  • Single arm to double lateral raise

  • Twist hops

  • Star crunch
