Day 2 Workout:

Equipment: dumbbells, chair/elevated surface

Format: Each circuit 45 on 10 off x3 and then a finisher

C1

  • Squat pulse arnold press

  • Plank rotation to hammer curl

  • 3 lateral hops to high knee

Finisher: Kick and tap (R), Kick and tap (L), mountain climber, in and out crunch x2

C2

  • Walking lunges

  • Diamond push up

  • Scissors to squat jump

Finisher: Kick and tap (R), Kick and tap (L), mountain climber, in and out crunch x2

C3

  • Step up reverse lunge (R)

  • Step up reverse lunge (L)

  • Burpee to hyper extension

Finisher: Kick and tap (R), Kick and tap (L), mountain climber, in and out crunch x2
