There will be two Check-Ins this week (your initial check-in and then the end of the week).

November 1st or 2nd Check-In:

  • Take your initial photos and measurements

  • What days and what time’s are your planning to workout?

  • What are you the most nervous about for this challenge?

  • What are you most excited about?

  • How are you? Life for real! Are you feeling excited? Are you stressed? Are you busy? Anything exciting going on?

Nutrtion Goal

The nutrition goal for this week is to have a green smoothie every day! Each day you have a smoothie, give yourself a point!

Daily Bonus Points

Nov. 1 - Drink some lemon water

Nov. 2 - Floss your teeth

Nov. 3 - No dairy

Nov. 4 - Meditate for at least 10 minutes

Nov. 5 - Stretch at least 10 minutes

Nov. 6 - No alcohol (yes I know it’s a Friday)

Nov. 7 - Make your bed

Nov. 8 - Drink 1 gallon of water
