PWR SIGNATURE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Full Body Fire

45 min high intensity total body class. This class combines functional strength training with bursts of cardio to strengthen and shred your entire body. Equipment required.

Lower Body Sculpt

45 min class that targets the lower body. This class combines functional strength straining with bursts of cardio to strengthen and tone your glutes and legs. Get ready to feel the BURN! Equipment required.

Upper Body Blast

45 min class that targets the upper body. This class combines functional strength straining with bursts of cardio to strengthen and tone your back, chest, and arms. Equipment required.

HIIT Core + Cardio

30 min high intensity interval training class.This class will get your heart pumping while targeting your entire core. None to minimal equipment required.

10 Min Abs

It’s all in the name! A quick 10 min class targeting your entire core. None to minimal equipment required.

 
 

Equipment List:

  • Yoga mat (optional) and space to move

  • Dumbbells (Most classes use a range between of 5-20lbs - you can absolutely use weights beyond that - it is your workout)

  • Chair/elevated surface you can step on

  • Sliders/towels/paper plates
