MAY ON DEMAND CHALLENGE

4 week challenge consisting of 2 lower body workouts, 2 upper body workouts, and 1 full body short sweat workout every week about 30-40 minutes in length. Workouts are a combination of strength and HIIT to build strength and tone your muscles! Daily goals include drinking 96 oz of water, hitting 8k steps, no added sugar, and stretching.

STRONG 6 week Strength Training Program

6 week low impact, strength training program designed to build lean muscle and improve muscular endurance with both a gym and home version. This program is broken into 2 three week training phases. Each phase has 5 workouts per week that are about 45 minutes in length. Includes welcome packet with info on what to expect, how to take progress photos, optional cardio options, workout exercise trackers (gym and ome version), and a nutrition guide.

The at home version is included with a PWR On Demand Membership. The entire program (gym + home version) is available for purchase and is yours to keep and access for life!

6 week Fall Fit Challenge

6 week challenge with an extra emphasis on nutrition and healthy lifestyle! This challenge follows a point system to keep you accountable - 1 point per workout (5 workouts per week), 1 point for hitting the daily water goal, 1 point for hitting your daily nutrition goal, and 1 point for the daily bonus goal. The challenge includes a challenge calendar with full length follow along videos! Can be done at home or in a gym setting (perfect for a new babe who wants to use minimal equipment).

Holiday Hustle Challenge

This 6 week challenge is perfect for the babe who is short on time! This challenge includes 4 workouts per week that are 20-30 minutes in length that designed to tone and sculpt your entire body. This challenge also includes weekly check-in and reflection prompts.

Tone and Sculpt Challenge

4 week challenge designed to tone and sculpt your entire body with extra focus on your legs and booty! Includes 5 workouts per week that are 30-40 minutes in length, a daily water goal of 96oz, and weekly check-ins.

Body Sculpt Challenge

4 week challenge designed to tone and sculpt your entire body! Included 5 workouts per week that are 35-45 minutes in length, a daily water goal, and weekly check-ins and reflection prompts.

10 Day PWR Abs Challenge

10 Days of 10 Minute Abs that you can do à la carte or add on to your current workout routine!
