4 Week Body Sculpt Challenge

Designed to tone and sculpt your entire body with a special emphasis on toning and sculpting your Legs and Booty! 

There are 5 workouts/week with most workouts in the 35-45 minute range. Dumbbells, a chair/bench/elevated surface, and a booty band are required for most workouts.

Challenge Goals:

+ 5 workouts/week

+ Drink 96oz of water per day

+ Complete all accountability check-ins
